José Carlos Muñoz Meseguer

 

He holds a Master Degree in Law  and he is  member of the Bar Association of Murcia.

 

Member of the Private International Law Commission of the Bar Association of Murcia.

 

He has tudies in Political Science at the University of Murcia.

 

Fluent in English and French.

 

He obtained a Research Competence Certificate in the Doctorate Civil Law.  He carried out a research study about "The Ordinances an Customs in the Huerta de Murcia. Comparative Analysis with the Spanish Civil Law".

 

He has attended courses about International Contractig, Immigration Law, Negotiation and Management of International Commercial Opportunities.

 

He has also attended congresses about insurance and Circulation Civil Liability.

 

He has a consolidated experience with English and Francophone clients.

 

Jose Carlos Muñoz Meseguer works as a lawyer in the different judicial subjects. He has a contrasted experience in Marital and Familiar Process field, Criminal Matters, Public Liability and Damage Claims, Appeals against penalties of the Public Administration.

 

Furthermore, he has a great experience in Real Estate operations in the Spanish Mediterranean coast, especially in the Region of Murcia, the Valencia Community and the Province of Almeria.
